Justice-involved Initiatives
At Level Up CTE Programs, we understand the value of second chances. Our Legal Affairs team collaborates directly with District Attorneys, Magistrates, and top officials from city, state, and federal correctional facilities, as well as probation and parole officers, to promote freedom and improve public safety by integrating necessary steps into the incarceration-to-community reintegration process.

WORKFORCE ReENTRY: Meet the Industry Standards
Level Up fills a critical operational gap within the NYC District Council of Carpenters' workforce. As the construction industry expands faster than training centers can accommodate, thousands of NYCDCC members — apprentices and journeymen — face delays in securing mandatory certifications that keep them eligible for jobsite placement. Union training centers routinely experience high demand and long waitlists for OSHA, SST, scaffold, and tool-recognition courses. Level Up provides recertification and compliance training for union carpenters, new hires, and community members who need immediate OSHA, SST, or trade-specific renewals
